The world of work has evolved greatly and it has become rather rare today that a colleague remains faithful to the same company for 30 years.
It is nevertheless what happened at Polydec yesterday! Indeed, Pietro Citro joined the company of micro-turned parts two years after its creation.
"During my thirty years of being part of this company, we have lived through everything! The good moments as well as the less good… It wasn’t easy every day, but we knew how to keep focused, in spite of the ups and downs with which we were confronted. By applying all our efforts, everything ultimately went in the right direction. And the evolution of Polydec, in house and externally, is the best proof!”, Pietro said yesterday.
All colleagues were invited to an “aperitif” to celebrate the event. Pietro was then taken by limousine to a gourmet restaurant in the region.
