Liability for illegal, inaccurate or incomplete content – and in particular for damage arising from the use or non-use of such information – rests solely with the operator of the site to which reference is made, and not with the operator of the site merely making reference (via links) to the publication in question. To the extent legally permissible, any liability is excluded.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure and evaluate the use of our website (not personalized). Permanent cookies are also used for this purpose, which are set by the service provider. Google Analytics is offered by Google Ireland (based in Ireland). Google Ireland relies on Google LLC (based in the USA) as processor (both “Google”). The information collected by Google Analytics using cookies is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

We have configured the service so that the IP addresses of visitors to Google in Europe are shortened before being forwarded to the USA and therefore cannot be traced back. We have switched off the settings “Data transfer” and “Signals”. Although we can assume that the information we share with Google is not personal data for Google, it is possible that Google may use this data for its own purposes to draw conclusions about the identity of visitors, create personal profiles and link this data to the Google accounts of these persons. If you have registered with Google yourself, Google also knows you. The processing of your personal data by Google is then the responsibility of the service provider in accordance with its data protection provisions. Google only informs us how our website is used (no information about you personally).

The corresponding privacy policy of the Google Analytics operator Google can be found here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245#zippy

Google Maps

We use the map service Google Maps on this website. We do this in the interest of having an appealing presentation of our content and to make it easy to find the places we have indicated on the website. The maps are embedded via API or iframe.

Google Maps is provided by Google Ireland (based in Ireland). Google Ireland relies on Google LLC (based in the USA) for this as the order processor (both "Google"). To use Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. In addition, depending on the map, Google may store and access cookies and other information on users' devices. This information is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. As the provider of this website, we have no influence on this data transmission. Although we can assume that the information shared via Google Maps is not personal data for Google, it is possible that Google can draw conclusions about the identity of visitors from this data for its own purposes, create personal profiles, and link this data to the Google accounts of these people. If you have registered with Google yourself, Google knows you as well. The processing of your personal data by Google is then the responsibility of the service provider in accordance with its data protection regulations.

Information about data processing by Google can be found in Google's privacy policy at the following link: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en

Connection data are shared exclusively on request and in the context of potential crimes with authorised authorities and services of the federal government and the cantons. In all other cases connection data are deleted once the storage period has expired.
