Quality circles – improvement is a team effort
Quality circles are meetings organised monthly by department and involve all company employees. These meetings are led by a member of the management team.
Their aim is not only to promote transparency and dialogue within the team, but also to uncover technical issues and to look at proposals for improvement, taking into account everyone's ideas.
The decisions made at these meetings lead to improvement actions being taken. The areas addressed are not only limited to products, but also concern general organisation, the working environment, health and safety, etc.
This technique enables us to maintain and develop a good balance between human relations and technical skills!
